BlackRock now holds over 800,000 Bitcoin through its IBIT ETF – roughly 3.7% of the entire BTC supply.

At the same time, Michael Saylor’s company Strategy (MSTR) now controls 762,099 BTC, or about 3.6% of the total Bitcoin supply.

Combined, just two institutions now control more than 1.5 million Bitcoin.

And there are fewer than 1 million BTC left to mine.

Meanwhile Strategy has unveiled a massive $42 billion capital program designed specifically to purchase even more Bitcoin. The plan combines two major funding mechanisms – a $21B MSTR equity ATM program and a $21B STRC preferred income security program – creating a massive war chest dedicated to acquiring BTC.

One strategist recently said Michael Saylor effectively “discovered oil” when he built Strategy’s Bitcoin capital machine – using Bitcoin as a “virus to infect traditional finance.”

As ETFs accumulate BTC, corporations build Bitcoin treasury reserves, and sovereign investors begin exploring allocations, the available supply of Bitcoin continues shrinking.

When trillions of dollars begin competing for an asset with a mathematically fixed supply, markets don’t move slowly.

They reprice.

In today’s episode we break down why this global supply shock could push Bitcoin toward $1M, $2M, and potentially $5M per coin.
